All Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
We at times use UPS ground for larger orders (3-5 business days). If you choose UPS when checking out, please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
* International Orders:
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail International (2-4 weeks). We are not responsible for paying any fees that accrue at customs. Please read important information about shipping internationally below.
USPS First Class International
This is the cheapest shipping option we can offer for international shipping. This option does not, however, provide an international tracking # or insurance. There is no guarantee that your order will not get lost in transit and we cannot reimburse you if the order is lost. Having said this, packages usually make it to their destination. We will provide a tracking # for the order but this # will only track the package within the USA.
USPS Priority Mail International
This option comes with insurance and an international tracking #. Choosing this option allows us to reimburse you or ship a new package in the rare instance that your order may be lost in transit.
* Wrong address or lost package?
In the rare instance that your package is lost, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to solve the problem unless it is lost under these circumstances:
Customer provided a wrong shipping address.
If you provided us with a wrong address, and the package is returned to us, we will reship it but will ask that you cover the additional shipping charges.
If the package is delivered to the address you selected when checking out, we are unable to reimburse you.
Customer chose USPS First Class International
We offer this option for international orders as this is the most affordable option for shipping our products to you. Unfortunately, this option does not include insurance or international tracking and we cannot be held responsible if you package is lost in transit.
* Damaged Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven days and we will take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
Orders can be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded once an order is placed.
We want you to love our products as much as we do. Due to the nature of our products (freshly handcrafted!), all sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We occasionally offer credit to our store. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
